Sharon Menchel joined Tzamal Jakobsohn Ltd. in 2003 as a Sales Representative in the field of cardiology. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the medical device industry, including the introduction and representation of leading global companies in the Israeli medical market.
In 2008, Sharon was appointed Manager of the Cardiovascular and Cardiac Surgery Division. In 2019, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager, leading the company’s commercial activities across a broad range of medical fields, including cardiovascular and cardiac surgery, general surgery, general instruments, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
Since 2025, Sharon serves as General Manager of Tzamal Jakobsohn Ltd., leading the company’s strategic growth, business operations, and continued expansion in the Israeli healthcare market while strengthening partnerships with global medical technology companies.
REVITAL KATZENELBOGEN

Revital Katzenelbogen joined Tzamal Jakobsohn Ltd. in 2001 as a Sales Representative and has built extensive experience in sales management, customer relations, and business development within the Israeli medical device market. Throughout her years at the company, Revital has played a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and medical professionals across Israel.
Over the course of her career, Revital has led diverse commercial and operational activities in multiple medical fields, developing deep market expertise and a strong understanding of customer needs and healthcare trends.
Since 2025, Revital serves as VP Sales, leading the company’s sales activities across the Surgery, CSSD, Orthopedics, and Ophthalmology & Dermatology divisions, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing customer partnerships, and expanding Tzamal’s presence nationwide.
ETTI RIVEN

Etti Riven joined Tzamal Jakobsohn Ltd. in 2010 as a Sales Representative in the field of cardiology. Throughout her career at the company, Etti has held various roles across the cardiovascular field, including interventional cardiology, neurointervention, cardiac surgery, and intensive care, gaining extensive experience in the introduction and promotion of advanced medical technologies within the Israeli healthcare market.
Over the past several years, Etti has served in a number of management positions within the cardiovascular division, leading strategic initiatives, business development activities, and collaborations with healthcare professionals and global partners.
Since 2025, Etti serves as VP Marketing & Innovation, leading the company’s marketing strategy and innovation initiatives, with a focus on strengthening Tzamal’s market presence and advancing the adoption of innovative medical technologies across Israel.
